Pork Tenderloin with Hoisin-Raisin Sauce

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chile sauce with garlic*
  • 3 tablespoons golden raisins

DIRECTIONS

  1. Roast on rack in shallow pan in a 425 degrees F oven for 20 minutes, or until internal temperature is 160 degrees F.
  2. Stir remaining ingredients together in medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Slice pork and place on serving plate; pour sauce over pork.

FOOTNOTE

  • * Chili sauce with garlic can be found in the Oriental section of supermarkets or in Oriental markets.
