Everyone enjoyed this recipe. I used 2% milk instead of creme and didn't miss the creme at all! I think I'll try the sauce on chicken next. I wasn't sure what to do with the carrots so I diced them and it worked well but will julienne them next time. Very good!

We've made this several times and everybody who has tried it has loved it. If you're not concerned about fat content, it's even better with heavy cream instead of light. It works nicely with red meat too if you substitue red wine for the white!

I thought this was good but my husband hated it. I used fat free half & half instead of the cream and it turned out fine. If I didn't have such a picky husband I'd definitely be making this again!

I made this dish for my parents one night, they both loved it. My mom is quite the gourmet cook, so if she was impressed, I know it was good. The only thing I'd do differently is thin the sauce out a little - it was pretty thick. And maybe make a little more. But the flavor is wonderful!

An easy and delicious recipe. I substituted whole milk instead of cream and used italian seasoning instead of parsley. I doubled the sauce and it was great served over rice. My 3 year old and 17 month old loved it too.

A pretty tasty recipe. I think you should premix the flour with water to avoid clumping before adding to pan, but other than that very nice.
