The flavor of the slaw was exceptional, however, I did notice one minor flaw in the recipe. I believe it called for .5 cups of water, but it should have been more like 1.5 cups. This is due to the fact that the water boiled off almost immediately after touching the skillet. This leaves a paste like substance in the pan, which was not suitable for cooking the vegetables in. I added more water and and cooked the ingredients until the water reduced to about 1/4 of what I added. This still left the flavor intact and the vegetables cooked to a perfect consistency.
