This was fairly easy, though I definitely prefer it with thin rice noodles rather than with the ramen. If you're willing to put forth the extra effort, it could be a five-star recipe.

This was quick and easy! I used this with some left over kalua pig that I made (also from a recipe on this site). I didn't have any asparagus or red bell peppers, so I added some chopped carrots instead and threw in a bay leaf while the vegetables were boiling. It was delicious!

Yum, yum, yum! I used leftover pork from another recipe I made from this site, substituted red bell pepper for the asparagus as suggested by another member and the result was a filling, tasty and tummy warming meal that my whole family loved. Will make this again!

This was a very easy, very quick heart-warning soup. I substituted the asparagus for a red bell pepper. It brought more color to the dish. I also cooked the noodles separate and served the soup over them. That keeps them from swelling up all the way. A great soup that you can adjust in many different ways.
