I took a pork roast, and cut it up in thin strips for this recipe. I also used merlot instead of marsala. Very good recipe!

My family loved this! I substituted Mocsato instead of Marsala since that is all I had and the store was out also. I used canned mushrooms, again, that is all I had. I sauteed mushrooms and onions in the oil and butter first, removed them and then follows the rest of the steps with Moscato. It is amazing and so tender! I served it over thin spaghetti with green bean casarole as a side. Next time, I will do it the same way as I did this time. Thanks so much for this recipe!

This is delicious and great to serve with rice. :) I made it in a large cast iron skillet which helped greatly with the browning. I will make this again.

If you like Chicken Marsala, you will just Adore this recipe! My husband said he believed it was the best thing I've ever made -- and he loves most of my cooking. I don't tend to finish food and I ate every single morsel.

Love this recipe! My husband does not like mushrooms so I used a sliced onion in its place. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly and my family loved it! I will be making this often. Thanks for posting!
