I felt it was very dried out. I'm sure it was my fault for following the recipe to a T.

Very good... did not make potatoes because of traditional New years Day menu. Gravy was very good to...added a 1/2 teaspoon of kitchen bouquet to darken and flavor it more.

Good without being overpowering. Cheated and bought a package of pork gravy (add water) as really pressed for time. The applesauce I made accompanied it well. Also put some quartered onions into the pot along with the potatoes.

I followed the recipe completely, and the pork was very tender and tasty. The mushroom sauce was delicious.

I decided to cook this in my crockpot and forgot I had an appt after work, so by the time I got home, it was a little overcooked, however, I managed to save it by making gravy and shredding the pork. Served w/baked potatoes and sour cream. Easy enough recipe, I will try the oven version next time to get the "roasted" effect.

Very good, very simple. The gravy, which was very good, would be really good on meatloaf as well. Added carrots & sliced onion into the mix. Tasty ty Phyl ;)
