A little extra red pepper and a dash of Thai fish sauce makes all the difference. Yumm.

This was excellent. I made a few changes....I added fresh mushrooms, and cut back on the ginger (only because I ran out!!!) My family loved thid, as my son said, "this is my 'new' favorite!!!"

I thought this recipe was delish!!! The only thing that I had to improvise was the 3 cups cooked pasta. My box of pasta did not yield cup servings, so I just doubled the recipe and used the whole box of pasta

Great starter recipe. It is easy to add to depending on what you have. I did not have pea pods or gingeroot. I added sauted onions, carrots and mushrooms. It needed the green color for presentation and so I only had frozen peas and it worked great. Also out of thin spaghetti so used thin fettucini noodles. It was delicious.

A really great recipe! I changed a few things. I didn't use spaghetti, I used authentic Asian Lo Mein noodles from Safeway Asian aisle. When noodles were done, I rinsed with cold water and dressed with sesame oil to hold until recipe called for them. My husband suggested I use Peanut oil to fry it all up next time (it has a higher smoke level and can sear meat quicker), but it really turned out great (just adding a little olive oil in with it). I also added in mushroom, celery and cabbage with the other veggies. I also used powdered ginger. I used bone in pork chops and cut out the bone, it was cheaper for me at the time. I like the added veggies, more like a real Asian stir fry. Noodles made ALL the difference. This recipe was voted as a KEEPER.

We really liked this recipe. It was my first try at Chinese cooking, and I was so pleased. I am big and pregnant, so I took the lazy way out and used garlic powder and powdered ginger - was still great! Definetly recommend this recipe!

Very good. We used fried tofu instead of pork and added in soy paste to the mixture. We grilled the veggies and tofu and added in the noodles and some sesame oil. This was very good and I must admit better then my bf's favorite restaurant. We will make this again and again and thank you for the recipe.
