We loved this recipe. I used what we had at home. I used thin spaghetti and a can of tomatoes w/diced chilies instead of the angel hair and fresh tomatoes, I did cut back on the water since I used the juice from the tomatoes. Then we topped it with the cheddar cheese before serving. Very good quick and easy recipe.

I thought it was a nice change of pace dish, though I didn't marinate that long and simply cooked the meat and later the veggies in the sauce.

I cant cook to save my life... I made this dish, and my husband LOVED it! I improvised a little by using egg noodles and chicken, then i mixed everything in one pot so that the noodles were covered in the fajita sauce! Great recipe!!! Thank you!
