Oh my, my, my this is a good recipe. Served the chops with white rice and double the sauce. Instead of putting the chops in the preheated oven, I just left them in the pan, and made the sauce around them. We will make these again~!

This was excellent. The only thing I did different was I used Raspberry blush wine vinegar. The sauce is wonderful.

Made this recipe for supper very very delicious, chged the raspberry for strawberry jam, doubled the sauce recipe and added orange rinds in, after I cooked the pork chops I put them in the sauce and simmered at low heat while the recipe for Sally's spinach mash potatoes cooked. The meat was really tender. They all liked it and would have eaten more. When I doubled the ingredients for the sauce I put a tablespoon less of wine vinegar because I was afraid it would be a little too much acid but the next time will double the vinegar like the other ingredients.

This was a very good recipe = the only thing I changed was to add reduced fat townhouse crackers to the spices and dredged the pork chops in egg beaters and then dipped them in the cracker/herb mixture - very delicious!

I've made this recipe a couple times now, and it is always great! It's important to use boneless chops though. The sauce is perfect, and I've used both red wine and white wine vinegars. The sauce thickens more once it's off the heat, so follow the directions, then let it sit a few minutes, and it will be perfect for serving.

The pork chops in this sauce is amazing. I doubled the sauce, and added 2 Tbsp of butter at the end. I served it with french green beans and roasted red skin potatoes.

Excellent, very tasty recipe! The combination of raspberry jam, orange juice and the spices is remarkable! I will definitely make this great recipe again. I'm sure the pork chops can be substituted with beef tenderloin / sirloin.

my husband loved this recipe. He begs for it all the time. The only thing different i will do next time is make the sauce in a separate pan. mine came out lumpy from the pork drippings.

4.5 stars The only problem I had with this was cooking the pork chops the rest of the way in the oven. I think they should be cooked in the skillet longer because it didn't take long to make the sauce. Other than that, it was SO tasty!

These pork chops were by far the best pork chops I have ever had. I followed the recipe completely up until the vinegar part. I like vinegar but we didn’t have any white whine vinegar in the house, so I took the advice of some other users and used regular white wine. Yuuuuuumy, next time I will try it with vinegar just to see how that turns out. Another thing about this dish is that it didn’t take long to make and that is of course always a plus.

These are very easy and the sauce complements the meat perfectly. I make these all the time with green beans and baked white sweet potato.

My husband and I made this tonight. We loved it. We made two changes. One was switching the white wine vinegar with balsamic vinegar. The second was instead of raspberry we used blackberry (since that's all we had). We've made this recipe before with no changes and enjoyed it...We made again with these changes and LOVED it this time.
