Delicious. I made this with chicken instead of pork and it came out wonderful. I loved the flavor of the sauce.

I made a gravy out of the remaining juice/sauce and the flavor was too strong. If there is a next time, I will not make a sauce/gravy out of the juice.

This was a fast dinner and was loved by all. I would make it for company, for sure! I grilled 6 bone-in thinner pork chops (had to make a little extra of the rub) - they had great flavor! I reduced my sauce a little too much, so watch that - it does thicken up upon cooling. Also, had no need for the olive oil, but used some butter in the sauce. I made 1 1/2 times the original recipe for the sauce & would like to just double it next time. Oh, and the only different ingredient I used was my favorite vinegar: White Balsamic Raspberry Blush Vinegar - My favorite (I could drink it! Well, maybe not). Served with mashed potatoes & sauteed baby zucchini(so cute on the plate!) - an excellent dinner!

These pork chops were great! They tasted wonderful and were SO easy to make. I made as the instructions said, however I used a little more seasoning than recommended, skipped the butter and used olive oil only, and made extra sauce. The sauce was REALLY good and is what makes the recipe. Great combination of flavors. Definitely try this one!!!!

My husband loved these. Like others I didn't have sage so I used rosemary. I rubbed the chops and then left them in the fridge for a few hours. I also added a splash of white wine and balsamic vinegar to the raspberry sauce. I substituted 2 tbsp of chicken stock for the oj because I didn't have any. I used bone in pork chops so it took a little longer to cook. I actually ended up pan searing each side for about 5 minutes then broiling them. My husband said they were so good that they didn't even need the sauce.

I use this recipe all the time with pork tenderloin. Be generous with the herbs, salt and pepper. I sear each side of the pork on high heat for 2 minutes, then bake in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes or so (depending on thickness). Tent the tenderloin with foil for 5 minutes before cutting. Amazing recipe! Thank you!

Delicious. I grilled the chops instead of pan frying and timed the sauce so I wouldn't have to keep the chops warm (and chance them drying out). For the sauce, I reduced the vinegar to 1 Tbsp. and switched to Apple Cider vinegar. I also stirred 1 Tbsp. of unsalted butter in to the sauce after removing from the heat. It was really, really great. My husband finally likes pork chops!

Very good and easy recipe. I only had seeded raspberry but frankley it added a little better look to the sauce. I used garlic flavored red wine and garlic powder to the sauce and my wife said it was one of the best sauces I have made. Ot is a keeper.

The chops themselves were very good. After reading comments about them being dry, I opted to make them the same time as I did the raspberry sauce so there was no need to keep warm in oven, which did the trick. We found the raspberry sauce a little too strongly flavored... though good at the first bite after awhile it overwhelmed. I'd tried the concentrate suggestion, maybe that was the reason and the regular OJ was the better bet?

Great recipe! Loved the combination of spices on the pork with the tangy, sweet raspberry sauce. Served with boiled quartered baby potatoes w/ butter & parsley and green beans for full meal.

This is wonderful. I cooked the raspberry sauce down until it was a glaze then put the chops back in the pan for a bit to get them good and glazed. My little girl loved this meat. I had to put the serving dish by her so she could dip her meat.

This was excellent! Everyone loved it! I was a little leary of the raspberry sauce but pork tends to taste good with fruity sauces. This raspberry flavor with the pork was perfect. Everyone loved the raspberry flavor that their wasn't enough sauce left to use with the last pork chop. I'll probably make a 1 1/2 to double batch of the sauce next time. Thanks for the recipe!
