Such a great recipe! This was very easy to make. The herbs on the chops are great just on their own. The sauce was perfect- I agree it was a bit strong when tasting it by itself but was perfect with the pork chops. I think I'll try the sauce as a dressing on a salad with chicken, walnuts, dried cranberries, etc.

This was delicious. I used fresh herbs and it was such a wonderful flavor. The sauce was a little runny so next time I will use less orange juice and less vinegar. Served with red potatoes and steamed green beans. Will def be making this again!

I followed the recipe exactly as written and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. The chops were tender and tasty and the raspberry sauce was delicious.

I just made the chops without the sauce, and they were excellent! My only complaint is that they were a little too salty due to allrecipes.com's scaling not working properly (scaling the recipe to 1 serving, the salt and pepper don't scale correctly so I used too much -- I've found that that's a flaw with the site itself, not the recipe). But the seasoning was wonderful, strong and rich, and went fine with a simple creamed corn side dish.

I made one change and reduced the amount of white wine vinegar, and followed the rest of the instructions. The dish tasted wonderful. My picky husband loved it. It's now a dish we'll rotate in the weekly meals. I served with green beans and red potatoes. Delicious! Thank you.

Surprisingly wonderful! I'm not fond of 1) pork chops and 2) raspberry anything. But my husband loves both which is why I made this. I was amazed. This was excellent and my husband LOVED it! Next time I will double the sauce, neither one of us could get enough. Tip: Soak your pan with hot water immediately after you spoon out the sauce!

Very nice simple recipe for Pork Chops. I used poultry seasoning for spices instead of just tyme and sage and it turned out great.

Loved it. I am a sucker for raspberry sauce on any kind of meat. This was very easy and quick. My chops took longer to cook than the recipie states, but they were over 1" thick, so no big deal. Served with rice and brussle sprouts...yum! The rice picks up the sauce deliciously. Will definetley make again.

Wow! We had this for our special Valentine's meal, and I thought I would have to coax the man and kids into eating it because of the pretty red sauce. Not so. They devoured this, and it was gorgeous. I used balsamic vinegar after reading the reviews, and it was great, though I bet the white vinegar makes an even prettier sauce. Maybe next time I will try white balsamic vinegar- I have seen it at Trader Joes. Now, take my advice and double the sauce. If you don't, you will wish you had! My only complaint is that I could not find a seedless raspberry jam made without high fructose corn syrup. Oh well. Can't be perfect all the time! Thanks for this recipe. Incredibly good!

All I can say is that this is the best pork chop I have ever tasted. Made it for my wonderful wife as a part of a Valentines Day candlelight dinner along with grilled shrimp, and it was a real hit. These pork chops brought praises to me from a woman who is usually on the receiving end of praises from me!!! Thank you for a great dinner and for making me look like a genius by sharing this wonderful recipe!

I made this for the fam tonight. I followed the recipe exactly, except I added a small amount of corn starch (mixed in cold water) to slightly thicken up the sauce. We all enjoyed it, along with strawberry-spinach salad and mashed potatoes.
