I used boneless pork chops instead of the loin and a strawberry vinegar instead of the white wine - but other than that - I didn't change a thing. IT WAS AMAZING!

Wonderful recipe for "fancy-ing up" pork chops! Easy to make, inexpensive ingredients I suspect apple cider vinegar or maybe even balsamic would work, altering the flavor but not hurting it one bit. My finicky daughter asked for her sauce on the side because she didn't think she'd like it - and ended up using every last drop. The only thing that kept me from giving this 5 stars is the sauce never thickened up and looked a little messy on the plate.

Great recipe, I've made it several times, easy, adaptable, a family favorite. I, too, double the sauce. A delicious dish! Thanks!

My friends and boyfriend absolutely loved the sauce. I thought these pork chops were pretty good... not amazing, but that may be because I'm not a huge raspberry fan. I'll most likely try the recipe again at some point because they loved it so much. Next time I think I'll try to thicken the sauce a bit.

This was delicious. I brushed the pork with a little raspberry jam/OJ mixed together before rubbing in the spices, grilled it instead of cooking it on the stove, and basted them a few more times with the jam/OJ during cooking and they came out perfect. The sauce was very nice and complimented the pork well.

The sauce was so delicious. Even my husband, who doesn't like trying new things loved it so much he poured it over his mashed potatoes. However, my chops came out a little on the chewy side, they might have been too thick or perhaps I over cooked them. Next time I will try this recipe with skinless chicken breast.

This gets five Stars from me! Easy, quick and delicious. I used Raspberry Vinegar in the recipe and whisked in a little butter as another reviewer suggested. VIOLA ! The sauce is easy, delicious and would also go nicely with chicken.

This recipe is a keeper. I love raspberries and enjoy pork chops a lot as well, but had never thought of putting the two together. Well, I will use this often. Both my husband and myself thought this was a keeper!! I did not have any raspberry jam on hand, but did have frozen raspberries. So tht is what I used in the sauce. I kept all the ingredients basically the same, except I used 2 - 3 times as many raspberries and thickened the juices a bit by heating with a bit of cornstarch. I liked this so much, that I don't think I will ever try it with the jam.

This was really good! We had the leftover chops the next day over a salad and used the raspberry sauce as a dressing - definitely the thing to do with these leftovers! Next time I will reduce the sauce more and maybe add a little less vinegar - it was a little runnier than I expected and I wanted a little sweeter taste.

I'm giving this recipe only 3 stars. I made the recipe exactly as stated. The only difference was i used homemade raspberry seeded jam. The chops were really good fried with the seasonings. 5 stars there. However, the sauce was as tasty as what I was hoping for. 2 stars there. So I compromise with 3 stars
