Soooo good!!! All 3 of my kids (4, 6, and 8 years old) loved them, and so did my husband and I. Will definitely make again! The only change I made was that I only used one onion, and I cooked the pork chops in a pan on the stove vs. grilling.

Excellent, love all these flavors together! It was raining here so I cooked the chops in a skillet with a bit of olive oil. Next time I'll be sure to fix this on the grill.

This is a great and easy recipe. My girlfriend was a little dubious about the combination, she loves apples with pork, but is not always crazy about onions. She ended up loving it and we have made it one of our go to pork chop recipes. I did not use the dry rub, instead using a garlic steak marinade overnight. I used less onion and apple as we only make 2 chops. Otherwise fantastic, only other change was to add some apple juice to the onion/apple mixture others had mentioned before. Thanks!

My whole family really liked this. It was really easy to make. I did not have pork chops, I had pork loin. I grilled it one a charcoal grill. Moist and great flavor.

This recipe is great! I absolutely love the ease and simplicity of it. Next time, if I have the time, I will marinade the pork chops to make them a little more tender. But this is a great go-to for a fast weeknight dinner. I will definitely make it again.

Wow, what a great recipe. I only use one onion and one apple because i only cooked four small chops. I put 2Tb spoons of butter in the pan and seared my chops to carmalized it, and then i put my apples and onions and apple juice and let it simmer on low heat, and it all came together beautiful, just perfect. I served it with garlic and onion mashed potates and freash veg. Thank you for the recipe.
