Great, quick recipe with lots of flavor. I used boneless loin chops, pan fried for a few minutes on each side. I used fresh chopped garlic and onions in the sauce. I didn't add the tomatoes, maybe next time I will. My kids and husband loved it. I'll be making this again.

I also followed this recipe to the letter except I took the advice of another reviewer and used a salt-free herb seasoning in place of the paprika. Then I added two pinches of coarse Kosher salt. Two pinches because I doubled the recipe. Took it one step further and halved small white potatoes and added them into the baking pan. My husband just loved it!

Followed this recipe almost exactly. Only added a little extra paprika and some salt and pepper. Turned out really nice and juicy. The key to pork is to not let it over cook, as I think some whose turned out dry did. Next time I want to add some white wine and reduce the amount of water to compensate. Will make again. This recipe was easy and quick to make.

Tender, juicy and flavorful, hubs and I really enjoyed this, though I did put my own spin on the recipe, deviating just a bit. Rather than adding paprika to the flour, I used a premixed seasoning blend which provided extra flavor. I browned the chops in olive oil and added garlic, fresh parsley and chopped green pepper when I sauteed the onion. I also added the chopped tomato at this time rather than at the end. I really think doing it this way added much richness and depth of flavor. Rather than chicken bouillon granules, I used chicken broth and added some white wine as well. I used the thyme and basil just as the recipe directs. The finished result was beautiful, fragrant and tender, with a rich, satisfying sauce.

I used this recipe to make gravy for my leftover pork and rice. It was excellent. I doubled the butter, flour, and chicken broth, used 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp minced garlic. It simmered for a while and was fabulous!

This was a very easy recipe and nice flavor...a good family favorite recipe. I doubled the recipe, added a whole chopped onion. The gravy was soupy, even after I uncovered and put it back in the oven for 10 minutes, maybe it was the moister from the onions. Next time I will adjust the amount of flour mixture and save a little more. I will definately make this again.

This was very easy and extremely good! We live in the south, so we love very seasoned food, so of course i added more seasonings then what was called for, which i always do. But this was very yummy and different! Will be making this again.

Easy and DELIGHTFUL! Looks like it took hours to make, but that's our little secret! I didn't add the tomato, I don't care for them, and it was still full of flavor...must try this! EDIT: I've since made this recipe dozens of times, and I always use bone in chops, just our preference. I have made with tomato and without, and while both are good, we still prefer to keep it simple and not add them. Browning beforehand is a great step if you have the time! I have simply pan fried them as well.

The sauce seemed really bland to me, even with all of the seasonings. This might be better with some parmesan cheese in it.

I made this with boneless pork ribs and my kids asked me to make it again as soon as possible while they were eating! This is a very good and super easy recipe to make with any pork!

We thought this was a very good way to serve pork chops. The only thing I added was about a quarter cup of white wine to the gravy and some chopped parsley along with the fresh tomato. Thanks.
