My family really loved this recipe. I used white pepper instead and it made it a bit spicer (be careful how much you use!) I also added lemon pepper and some garlic salt.

I doubled the gravy and deglazed the pan for more color and flavor in the gravy but this came out really GOOD!

This is so tasty. Everyone loved it so much when my husband made it, I decided to make it for my parents. For some reason my gravy got too thick and was really pretty blobby. I need to take lessons from my hubby!

Definately give this one a try, I am always looking for new ways to do pork chops and this one is a keeper! The chops come out really tender and the sauce (I think its more saucy then gravy, but maybe I did something wrong) is so yummy. I served these with green beans, sauteed apples from this site, and red potatos, for a very comforting meal.

tried this and loved it---my husband usually only likes his pork chops crispy fried, so I thought this may end up to soft for him -- but after I fried the chops and let them simmer they still had a good "fried" coating.

I had high hopes but it didn't turn out well at all. The gravy was not appealing or good tasting and I won't make it again.

I was a little hesitant to make this due to the "not quite a 4 star" rating, but figured I would go for it anyway. It was actually very good! It was easy to make and all I had to buy was the meat and more sour cream. My pork chops came out a little tough (I'm sure this was my fault) and even though I doubled the gravy recipe we still wished there was more! Overall it turned out to be a great dinner with garlic mashed potatoes and sauted asparagus. I will likely make this again.

I loved this recipe, especially the gravy. I added a little bit of cayenne pepper to the gravy for some kick.

We really enjoyed this, and will make again for sure. Quick and painless, but tasty. I simmered about twice as long on very low heat and it came out a bit better I felt than the first time.

This has become a family favorite. From my brother who likes everything to my son who likes almost nothing. I find that I like to double the sauce to dress up the side dishes.

I enjoyed this recipe. I followed the instructions but substitubes Penzey's Steak Seasoning for the salt and pepper and let it simmer for about a half hour while my potatoes finished cooking.

This recipe was great. We used lemon pepper and california style garlic salt instead of seasoned salt and pepper. We doubled the gravy as well. This also went great with garlic mashed potatoes with the gravy. If you prefer wine with your meal, we had Beringer's Chardonney.

Will make again! My husband and children loved it. We had plenty of gravy left in the pan for our mashed potatoes. Chops were jucy, flavorful and tender. Thanks!

I think that the gravy for this dish, was very unappetizing. I would not recommend this much at all.
