boneless pork loin chops, about 1-inch thick
freshly ground black pepper
reduced-sodium chicken broth
dried tart cherries
dried red pepper flakes
This was pretty good, but not as good as I thought it would be. The only change I made was to use less broth. If I tried it again, I couldn't taste the orange and would alter this next time. It would be good on chicken too.
This recipe sounded appealing, so we tried it for a dinner party this weekend. My guests were not pleased with the recipe, with one having the gall to tell me that "This tastes like Sheet Rock soaked in cherry coke.
