I found the gravy just a bit overwhelming, even though I love blue cheese. However, thinking back, I may have added more blue cheese than called for. It was a very good recipe though, will make again with possibly a couple alterations on the gravy.

This was wonderful!!!! I didn't have whipping cream or Blue Cheese, so I used light cream and Feta Cheese. It was so yummy that I ate all of my chop (I usually eat only 1/2, as I am not a pork lover), and then I was eyeing up my husband's... My husband said that he only wants pork chops done this way from now on.

So good. Even my picky kids ate it without fussing. *I made recipe with the bleu cheese dressing instead of the last 2 ingred.

Fabulous recipe, very easy. My husband and the boys love their pork chops and tenderloins, so I need different recipes! I grilled the pork chops on my George Foreman, scraped some of the pork chop bits and put in the sauce along with the cream and blue cheese and butter....wow, so good...

This recipe was great. I followed another readers recipe. I substituted with 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup of blue cheese dressing and 2 ounces of crumbled blue cheese. I served mine over wheat linguine. Awesome! I will make this again.

I didn't have any pork chops so I sliced up a pork tenderloin but followed the recipe exactly... all I can say is OMG Delightful! Even my extremely picky 4 year old ate it and loved the sauce... very decadent and delicious! Recommended!

The gravy makes this dish delectable. There was enough to dip the steamed broccoli we had with it. I imagine this sauce would be marvelous on steak as well.

This was an awesome recipe. I swapped the blue cheese for gorgonzola cheese, it has a milder taste then blue and sauteed onions/mushrooms to go with it. The gravy was a bit to much so I will cut that in half the next time I make this. All and all its a keeper.
