This was great! I only used 1/2 cup of whipping cream because that was all I had left. I also used 4oz. of blue cheese just to use up the entire package. Delicious! :)

Completely a 5 star recipe!!! This is probably the first time I've EVER had moist pork chops--I couldn't stop talking about them at dinner! I used canola oil instead of butter because it tolerates heat better. Since my chops were thick and browned before they were done cooking, I threw them in the oven for a few minutes to finish. I sauteed crimini mushrooms in the pan drippings then added the cream and some cornstarch. I used 4oz of Gorgonzola instead of blue cheese. Served with roasted asparagus, and wished I made mashed potatoes to go with the gravy. We tried a little gravy over some wheat pasta, but didn't care for it. Thanks for creating a recipe that finally gets me excited about pork chops!

Oh my goodness, the blue cheese gravy is one of the most delicious sauces I have ever made AND tasted! I was leery about it at first but my boyfriend insisted I make it, and I am glad I did. I am going to use this sauce for other things as well. My pork chops were far from bland (as other reviewers mentioned) but I think it's because I increased the amount of spices and also added some roasted minced garlic that we buy in a jar. I love making pork chops, so I tend to focus on NOT letting them end up bland. Thanks for sharing this recipe, it's now one of my favorites.

This was really good. Even my 2 picky teenagers were pleased with this. The blue cheese gravy was mild, so if you're a blue cheese lover, don't be afraid to add a little more. It was also super easy to make and will definitely be on the dinner table again soon. I think the gravy would be really good with steak too.

The recipe was very easy, very fast. I would suggest a strong blue cheese, and if pork is not your forté, I would use a steak.

We ate this gravy for the last two nights. First over pork chops, with broccoli and roasted potatoes, then over pan fried chicken with mashed potatoes and salad. It is so yummy! The first night I made the gravy exactly as the recipe was written. The second night I heated the left over gravy in the pan and added some half and half, and then more blue cheese. This recipe is a keeper!

It was very bland, I seared the chops in a pan then put them in the oven to finish cooking. I added extra blue cheese, but there was still something missing.

My fiance and I LOVE this recipe! We use 6 oz of clue cheese, makes it very rich, thick, and creamy! We serve it with whipped mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli!

I liked the blue cheese gravy, but the pork chops were just ok. All in all, it was a good recipe, but we expected to be impressed - we weren´t. I will use the sauce with pasta, or sliced chicken filets in the future. We served this with french fries.

The gravy really made this recipe! These were really good, I left the recipe as is. I only wish I had made more gravy...I could have eaten it by the spoonful!

Yummy! I usually use gorgonzola crumbs instead of blue cheese because we like the taste better. I either use fat-free milk or fat free half and half like others have recommended. Very easy and very delicious!

Delicous sauce, very tasty although I could smell the blue cheese in the kitchen the next day - well worth it though!

I found the gravy just a bit overwhelming, even though I love blue cheese. However, thinking back, I may have added more blue cheese than called for. It was a very good recipe though, will make again with possibly a couple alterations on the gravy.
