This is very good if you like blue cheese although it made my house smell pretty funky!

We didn't care for this. It just wasn't what I expected. I thought it sounded like it would be really good, love blue cheese & thought it would compliment the chops well, unfortunately we threw most of it out. Just didn't like it.

We really enjoyed this recipe. We thought the blue cheese was a wonderful way to steer away from of the same ole same ole methods of preparing pork chops. It's a keeper!

Pretty good. I hate to call such a nice sauce gravy though. It was a good sauce that could be very versatile. I suggest using a thin chop. I used thick chops and they took forever to cook.

The blue cheese gravy was awesome. The whole family loved it, even the kids, who usually don't like blue cheese. The key is using the pork drippings, just like the recipe says. We saved the extra gravy and ate it with everything the following week - from chicken strips to green beans!

I loved it! I combined 2 recipes as I had to work that day. I seered the chops in butter and seasonings listed here, then used the slow cooker recipe for sour cream chops. I cooked the chops all day in chichen broth and onions. When I arrived home the chops were so tender! I took some of the broth and onions with the blue cheese half and half and about 3 tbs of sour cream, simmered with the chops until thickened. Served over egg noodles. My husband does not care for blue cheese much and went back for 2nds!

This is a great recipe for pork chops. I made it tonight for dinner the whole family loved it. Made regular cut pork chops and served the sauce on the side so everyone could determine their own calorie intake. Delicious. My daughter put the sauce on the angle hair pasta I served on the side. This is our new favorite pork chop recipe. Thanks.

My family loved this recipe, even the kids! We tripled the gravy recipe. Was good over mashed potatoes, asparagus, etc. Can make again with steak too!

This was divine. I used fresh garlic that I threw in the pan with the margarine, I also used a little bit of olive oil. Sauteed the mushrooms with the chops and took them out and kept them warm while making the sauce. Probably added more than 2 oz. of blue cheese but totally worth it. The sauce was very rich but an awesome treat. I have some sauce left over so I might add it to pasta.

I have never rated any recipes before, but this one deserves a definite 5 star rating. Doubled the blue cheese and suggested by many, added fresh garlic and sauted mushrooms to the gravy and simmered the pork chops for an additional 15 minutes in the gravy. Super!

These are really good. I used skim milk and blue cheese dressing. After I cooked the pork chops I made the gravy and then put the pork chops back in the pan to sit for a few more minutes to soak up the flavors. Yum!

This recipe was good but certainly needed some gusto! I added garlic, onions, and mushrooms but it was still laking in substantial flavor. Maybe I'll try more cheese next time.
