I prepared according to the recipe and the chops came out very, very dry. We had leftovers and I had to pull the pork apart and add bbq sauce to make these a decent pulled pork sandwich!

Yummy! When I got to the fridge, I found my pork chops had gone bad. So, I used chicken breast and it was awesome! Served over rice with a veggie--better than Chinese take out and easier too!

This was a good recipe for pork chops I added some veggies, onions, green pepper snap peas, carrots, peas, broc, ect and didnt use salt. I served with brown rice and as salad, poured sauce of rice and it was kind of like sweet and sour pork. Pretty good and easy to make.

Not what I had hoped for or expected...Suggestion, be sure to use thick cut chops, and add water if starts to dry out.

I doubled the sauce (except for the soy sauce), only used 4 pork chops, added a little honey and these were great! They were even better the next day as sort of a pulled-pork sandwich.

I had 4 boneless pork chops and they were done after 4 1/2 hours in the slow cooker on Low. I followed the recipe as is, using low-sodium soy, and thought the flavor was good but the sauce turned out kinda runny. I was going to thicken w/ water/cornstarch mixture but we just ate as is. I would make this again...easy,no effort needed dinner for "the other white meat"!

Don't ever use the slow cooker on high for this meat. It's too tough on high. Note to self.

This was pretty good, but too dry. I love the marinade, but I'll choose a different cooking method next time.

This was a good spring board to what turned out to be a delicious dinner that my family absolutely loved. I used a pork tenderloin, a 29 oz. can of tomato sauce and honey in lieu of the brown sugar. I wasn't completely happy with the flavor so I added in some sesame oil, my usual garlic and onion powders, black pepper and balsamic vinegar. That seemed to due the trick and the sauce was wonderful. In order to keep meat from shredding, I cooked it the day before so that the refrigeration would help it slice nicely. Thanks so much Koorbrus; this one has been ordered a keeper from my gang!

This was ok. I made it for Sunday nite dinner and it's more like a weeknite meal to me. The sauce was a lttle to salty for my taste (I followed the recipe)but used 50% lower sodium soy sauce, and it was a little too sweet also. The meat was tender. Would I make again probably with adjustments for personal taste.

This was great! I cooked it for about 5- 5 1/2 hours on low. It really was tender and fell apart. YUM! Following other recommendations, I added some honey and cut down the soy sauce. I also added some sliced mushrooms an hour before it was finished- I might saute them first next time. I served it over some steamed rice and am happy to have leftovers!

I'm giving this 4 stars only because, for some reason, the chops were tender but dry. Next time I'm going to only slow cook it for half of the time & see what happens.

Not bad. The flavor was really good, the hubby and daughter liked it alot. Seven hours is a little long in the slow cooker for my kitchen, next time I might try five to six hours. Thanks!

Fantastic recipe... not five stars because the chops were dry but I really think that it is next to impossible to get tender chops out of a crock pot. I did double the sauce - had 8 boneless chops - cooked on high for about 1 hour and low for 2-3. Followed the recipe except for: added two big squirts of honey and halfed the soya sauce filling up the other half with water. Will definitely make again and try with chicken too!

YUM! This was very good. However, next time I make this I will definitely reduce the amount of soy sauce as it was pretty strong for me. Also, I would suggest not adding any more salt. The soy sauce and ketchup are salty enough. And I think I will try some honey added in next time too, as I was wishing it were a tad sweeter.
