Awesome! Like most people I reduced the smount of soy sauce to 1/4 c. I wished that I had made more, it was so delicious and would have made great leftovers.

This recipe was horrible. The pork chops were dry - my husband said it was like eating beef jerky. I am giving it one star because I didn't get the option for 0 stars.

Sorry - we didn't like this dish. I am only so-so on pork, but thought this would be a nice way to prepare it. It just wasn't my taste. I thought the sauce didn't smell great, but it tasted slightly better. My pork turned out a bit dry, so that was disappointing. We won't be trying this one again.

Loved this, my fiance went crazy for it. Turned out soo tender. I did double the ingredients other than the soy sauce though and added some corn starch to the sauce at the end. Yummy =)

My husband LOVED these pork chops. In fact, he raved about how good they were. I think the sauce tastes more like an asian bbq sauce. I did change it up a bit...1/2 cup each of ketchup, brown sugar & soy sauce. I didn't add ginger (cause I hate ginger)or salt but I did add a couple squirts of honey, freshly ground pepper, extra crushed garlic, chopped up green, red & yellow bell peppers & sliced onions. I also added cornstarch towards the end because the sauce was a bit too thin for me. It was just perfect, cooked the full 6 hrs on low and pork chops were oh so tender. Next time I think I'll add pineapple chunks, yum!

I used this recipe for my first slow cooker attempt. After reading the reviews i used honey and added more soy sauce. It made my house smell great but my pork shops were very salty and hard. I'm not sure how to fix it as i'm just a beginner cook but I think I'll stick to the recipe next time. I'm giving 4 stars because I'm not sure what the actual recipe tastes like.

Very good and very easy. I browned the chops before adding and since I had six chops I doubled everything but the soy sauce which I cut to 1/4 cup. The sauce still came out very watery so I added 2 tsps of cornstarch and it thickened up wonderfully. Served it with rice and peas and it was a big hit.

My family of very picky eaters LOVED this. I followed what other said about the soy sauce but added nohoney because I didn't have any. I cooked 3 frozen large pork chops on low for 3 hours.

Although I do not care for recipes that include ketchup, this was fantastic! I started off with pork chops that were frozen solid and cooked for 6 hours. I did follow the other suggestions as well. I made the following changes 1.)1/4 cup honey 2.) used low sodium soy sauce and only 1/4 cup 3.) decreased the amount of ketchup by half 4.) used the ginger, but forgot the garlic 5.) double the amount of the sauce 6.) added corn starch to thicken. I used thin sliced chops, next time I will definately use a thicker cut. My entire family loved it.

I found this recipe early this morning and its cooking right now. It smells great and the chops are already tender after cooking almost 2 hrs! I had to adjust a little bit tho. I didn't have ginger or honey but I did use pancake syrup. I also added a handful of chopped onions & a splash of apple cider vinegar to the sauce. I did rub some season all to the chops and lightly coated them with seasoned flour to help thicken the sauce during cooking. Instead of a slowcooker, I put them in my dutch oven and cooked them on the stove on high heat to boil, then down to simmer a while. My husband and I sampled a taste and it tastes great! It's hard to get him to say something tastes 'good' and was surprised with his approval! Thanks for this recipe!!

We loved this! Bought super thick chops at Costco and simmered in slow cooker all day. Resulted in a fork tender chop with a great sauce to pour over rice.

I had frozen chops, mixed the ingredients (1/2 the soy, no salt and 1 tsp. meat tenderizer)and made it a rub. Put in the cooker on low for 8 hrs. WOW. Very moist and tasty.

Delicious! I took the advice of others and cut the Soy Sauce in half (actually I used Worcestershire because it was what I had in the house). I added about a half of cup of white wine, doubled the ketchup, threw in a generous squirt of honey, then topped it off with sliced pineapple. I had not planned to cook it the full six hours, as others said the chops come out too dry. Unfortunately hubby came home late. I would really suggest cooking only 4 - 5 hours. The sauce was marvelous over rice!!!! This is a definite keeper!

I prepared according to the recipe and the chops came out very, very dry. We had leftovers and I had to pull the pork apart and add bbq sauce to make these a decent pulled pork sandwich!

Yummy! When I got to the fridge, I found my pork chops had gone bad. So, I used chicken breast and it was awesome! Served over rice with a veggie--better than Chinese take out and easier too!

This was a good recipe for pork chops I added some veggies, onions, green pepper snap peas, carrots, peas, broc, ect and didnt use salt. I served with brown rice and as salad, poured sauce of rice and it was kind of like sweet and sour pork. Pretty good and easy to make.
