"I like to make this recipe for small holiday gatherings, especially when folks are tired of ham and turkey. It's delicious."

This recipe was really simple and we loved it. We didn't have any hash browns that night so we just used thawed and mashed up tater puffs. Absolutely delicious.

This turned out really excellent! The chops were moist and the flavors in the sauce and the onions really complemented each other. I did add a little garlic salt and pepper to the chops before browning them but other than that no changes. Thanks for a keeper! Edited: I've made these twice, once with regular cubed hash browns and once with the O'Brien. We prefer the regular, the O'Brien gave this kind of an odd flavor as other reviewers have stated.

I needed to make dinner fast with what I had and this dish turnd out to be great. Husband loved it. Great Flavor. I will admit that I didnt have hashbrowns so I substituted tater tots (I didn't think crinkle fries would work) and as most know you can inter change cream of mushroom and cream of celery soupe. depending on what you have on hand.

Three & A Half Stars. Nice change and chops were good 'n' moist. But, I think the O'Brien potatoes oddly overpowered any other flavor. Added in Penzey's Pork Chop seasoning, garlic powder, and parsley. Browned the chops in olive oil, with chopped onion and minced garlic. Would make again, due to ease - but will use regular cubed hash brown potatoes - not O'Brien.

I thought this was delicious! I was all set to make it then discovered I didn't have the potatoes after all, so I substituted some cooked minute rice instead. It was really good! I also added mushrooms.

I really enjoyed this recipe as well as my family. I used cream of mushroom soup instead and plain potatoes. Will cook again.

Since serving this dish I have made copies of this recipe to pass out. It is very tasty and can be prepared ahead of time. I baked the dish about 50/55 minutes. Next time, I might add a tad more milk.

This is a great dinner. it is basically green bean casserole but with potatoes instead of green beans. i would definetly use cream of mushroom soup in place of the cream of celery. I would also add green beans to the casserole to give it a more hearty feel.

The flavor of the dish is great, and it's really easy to make. The only thing that could make it a little bit better is if the chops were a little more tender. They weren't hard, but they weren't super moist and tender either. Still good though.
