I thought this was only okay. I didn't have any basil on hand, so I used Italian seasoning instead. And I definitely didn't need the entire cup of lemon juice. My boyfriend and I thought it was a nice change, but we will never make this again.

I wasn't a big fan of this...Fiance really liked it though. The flavors were ok but it seemed like they would be better suited for a chicken dish.

Delicious!!!! The chops I used were really thick, so they needed a bit more cook time. I ended up throwing the lemon juice in the pan to simmer until done...used the pan juice as a salad dressing. YUM!

This was SO good! And easy. I'm not that big on pork chops, but now I have a good reason to make them more often. Thanks for the great recipe!

Yum! I mixed the lemon juice (1/2 cup) and seasonings together and marinated the chops for an hour rather than just dipping. I crumbled the feta and added it to the chops after I plated, and it melted just enough by the time we ate. I served them with Greek Lemon Roasted Potatoes and asparagus lightly poached in roasted garlic chicken broth. Fantastic!

Just made this for dinner. It was great. My husband claimed it was the best pork chops he ever had. I only had 1/2 cup lemon juice on hand, but, it was enough to dip in. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. Yum...

We liked this alot. I served it with sliced potatoes and salad and apple sauce. I tried to stuff the cheese in the pork chops but I bet the taste is the same for ones taht are just covered with it. Probably would be easier. Very tasty however.

This was just okay, I used center cut chops and they were a little tough. Might give this recipe another shot with a different cut of pork or chicken.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I think that next time I will buy a pork loin and slide it into medallions and proceed with the recipe. I didn't change a thing and wouldn't - it's delicious as is.

Execellent! Lots of flavor. Family enjoyed it. I didn't have enough lemon juice (only about 1/2), but didn't need an entire cup. Having the extra would make dipping easier. I will definitely make this again.

This is a favorite in our home. I cut up a pork loin instead of using chops and it makes a nice dinner. My husband especially likes this one.

Deliciuos! I only had plain feta so used that, but can't wait to try it again with the sun-dried tomato/basil type. Everyone loved them.
