This was great only I used regular rice and it still was uncooked after 10mins. I'll make this again only I'll use instant rice so it cooks better.

I did not care for this porkchop recipe. Our whole family of 5 people didn't like it at all. It would have been alot more flavorful and better without the apples on the top and in the rice. The apples overpower the flavor of everything else and was way too sweet.

I made this dish tonight and was a little disappointed. The rice was very good but the pork chop was very bland. I would make again but would add much more seasoning to the meat.

Very good dish. I added a bit more rice and equal part liquid. Also, I made a little extra of the butter/sugar/cinnamon mix and glazed the top of the pork, then placed the apples, to give the pork a glaze. Good meal!
