Pork Chop Skillet Dinner

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 orange slices

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
  2. Add onion and rice and cook until rice is browned. Stir in broth, orange juice and 2 tablespoons parsley. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
  3. Top with orange slices and sprinkle with remaining parsley.

  • Serve with a tossed green salad. For dessert serve chunky applesauce.

It was pretty bland. I would only make this again with some kind of modification for more flavor. MORE
