This is an absolute winner..The only thing I changed was I added diced onions to the hashbrown mixture and saved all the fried onions for on top!!!This was very easy to make and very satifying to eat!!I will for sure make this again!!

I usually make this just as a side dish without the pork chops. I also add a little bit more cheese because we love it--it's a family favorite!

A pretty good recipe, but I felt a little guilty eating it and serving it to my in-laws. The amount of fat and calories is a bit overboard for my comfort. Have kept the recipe, but am not sure how often I'll be making this recipe.

We just thought this recipe was okay. I followed it exactly and was a little underwhelmed. It did taste better when we ate it for leftovers, after having sat overnight. The potato part was just a little bland. Still a good recipe; maybe it just needs a little excitement.

Ive been making this recipe for years, my grandma showed me this when I was a little girl, but instead of regular hashbrowns we used the o'brien potatoes. Really yummy.
