I absolutely loved this meal. The pork chops were extremely tender and the juices from the veggies were delightful. I will definitely be making this again and again and again.

This dinner was okay, but lacked pizazz. If I make it again I will add some extra spices while cooking and thicken up the juices to make more of a gravy before serving over the rice.

I will say that the pork chops were very tender and had a good flavor. However, as a fan of sauce, I wished it had more of a sauce to go on top the rice. I may try this recipe again, with a few modifications. This recipe put me in the mind of chicken parmesan - without chicken of course!

This was just ok. I found it very bland. I doubled the sauce and veggies. I needed to use up some cheap pork chops, and I had all other ingredients on hand. Served with white rice. Won't make again. Sorry!!
