Taste overall was good however, I found it a bit oily....I wish I would have added less, then it would be 5 stars. I also put all ingredients into a jar and shook, great method for mixing dressing!

Really good! I didn't have ground mustard but instead used about 1/2 t. French's mustard and 1/2 t. Coleman's mustard. The Coleman's has quite a kick and I didn't want it to be too "spicy" for my 3-year-old (yes, my 3-year-old likes salads!). Served it over a spinach salad with peaches and toasted walnuts, then had it the next night over a fruit salad. Delicious!
