Only had frozen spinach and 4 eggs, but I LOVED it! The kids hated it though. But they'll be aquiring a taste, 'cause I'm gonna make this several times again in our future.

I left out the beef and ate it for brunch. Yum! Next time, I'm going to use my favorite sausage, some bread cubes and milk and then bake it up.

This one's a winner at our house! A tasty, easy to make weeknight dinner. We used ground turkey instead of beef, but you could use a breakfast sausage instead and make an awesome breakfast hash with this recipe.
