Cube steak is dredged in flour, browned on the stove, then finished in the oven topped with onions and green peppers! This is a good recipe for families that have good taste but can't afford really expensive steaks. The kids love it so much they call it Mom's famous cube steak! It's great with mashed potatoes and gravy!

Lemon zest and honey is mixed together with Neufchatel cheese to make a great spread or dip. The spread is excellent when paired with fresh fruit in sandwiches.
