Spaghetti with a Twist

Marinate cooked spaghetti in a deeply flavorful blend of beef boullion, sauteed garlic and dashes of soy sauce for an exotic side dish. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and thinly sliced scallions, if desired.

This is a light and garlicky spaghetti sauce. This is delicious and easy to prepare! A variation on the original garlic spaghetti. I like to serve it with a glass of red wine. My husband's favorite! Serve with a heated sourdough baguette and dip in 6 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar if desired.

A hefty dose of minced garlic gets a quick saute in olive oil before simmering with tomato sauce and oregano. Pour over hot spaghetti and serve with a grating of Parmesan.
