Didn't require marinating for a long period of time... and it still came out very flavorful! Easy to make and tasty! This recipe is a keeper!

This was a big hit! So easy. Didn't have hot sauce, but it was just fine without it. I let it marinade a whole day and night and it was perfect. My husband ate 4 fahitas! Thanks for the recipe.

Mucho bueno!!! Yum to my tum! Will make these again! I did not have cider vinegar, so I used apple cider vinegar, still turned out very good. Served with Mexican rice, corn tortillas, guacamole, cheese and sour cream! Great chicken fajita recipe! Thank you!

I went with the other reviews and added lemon and lime juice, cayenne pepper, and chilli powder. I made additional marinade and cut the peppers (green, red and yellow, onions and chicken (cut in strips) into a covererd bowl with the marinade for several hours (shaking the marinade around occasionally.) I pan fried the peppers, onions, and chicken for quite awhile on low until the juices evaporated. My boyfriend and friends raved about this meal and want to know when I will make it again.

Slightly average result. I have had plenty of prepackaged marinades that have much more flavor. I followed the recipe exactly.

This was just okay. I would double ALL the seasonings (including peppers), and add ground cumin. It's a good start, but not as much flavor as I would like.

We loved the chicken--although I made a few changes. I left out the worcestershire sauce and added lemon and lime juice and some chopped onion to the marinade. The soy sauce did give it an asian flare, but it was still really good--those looking for true mexican won't like it which is why I gave it a 4. We grilled the chicken strips and used the extra on a salad the next day!

These were delicious, and extremely easy, especially if you marinate the chicken before hand. I would use more peppers if you like veggies, but other than that, yum! (Oh, and throwing in some cheese is tasty too!)

My husband loved it! He's a very pickie eater. Didn't have cider vinegar so I used regular white vinegar & marinated it overnight. Tender, delicious, & simple to make for any busy working mom. Will make again! Thanks for the recipe.

The marinade was very good but I ended up adding a few touches to make it more authentically Mexican: 1 t. cumin, 1 t. paprika, 1/4 cup of chicken stock (the sauteeing for 5 min. dried too much the chicken) and I did add at the time of serving some chopped cilantro. Otherwise, the marinade is surprisingly good! Thank you for the recipe!

I thought this was VERY good! Key is to let marinate all day. I liked the unique combo of flavor, but if you aren't a fan of soy this may not be for you. However, my husband and I LOVED it and will make it often. Thank you!

Used breasts instead of thighs (we don't like dark meat). Didn't have chili powder so I used 1/2 tsp paprika and 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper instead. Wow! what a kick! These were so much more flavorful than my usual fajita seasoning. Will make again. Yummy!

Very good and easy to prepare. I used red and green peppers for color and flavor. Next time I think I'll add the lemon juice to the marinade instead of just adding it at the end.
