Awesome recipe! I made the cake with plums and peaches and it was delicious. This recipe was a great way for me to use the fresh fruit I always buy but never eat! I highly recommend this one :)

YUM!! I made this and it was a hit!! The only thing I will do different next time is mix all the fruit together. The cake was higher in the middle because the plums cooked down more than the blueberries. I will continue to make this over and over again.

Looked great! Only used the plums. I'd add alittle more of the butter/brown sugar topping next time. That was the best part!!

First time I've made an "upsidedown cake". Surprisingly easy and very good. My husbands not a person who likes sweets, but this cake went very quickly.

A little fussy to make, but the results are worth it. Wonderful flavor, and I loved the texture of the cake part. I confess that I didn't turn it out (afraid it wouldn't come out neatly) , but just spooned it out of the pan.

Tried the suggestion & used only plums, turned out well, tasted a bit like rhubarb.

This recipe took a bit of time to make, but I brought it to my parents for dinner and my 7-year old nephew said "yum, yum, yum". I thought it was okay, I would make more of the butter and sugar topping next time and beat the batter less.

What a beautiful cake! It came out perfectly on the first attempt. I have also passed this recipe along to my mom. (She also loved it.) Thanks, Dina, for this treasure.

Very pretty (looks impressive!) & tastes good. The glaze makes the fruit very sweet, but whipped cream/cool whip balanced this out. Overall I was very pleased with this cake & will definately make it again.****2005 I have made this with success again & again. I have to admit, though, I now add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to the batter.

Quite good, but for some reason, many of the blueberries stuck to the pan. I did just what I was supposed to....

Hi Dina, This was a great cake!! I used all blueberries cause I didn't have any plums on hand, and it turned out great. It was a tad too sweet only because the blueberries I used were the wild kind and were very sweet on there own. I will try this recipe with all kinds of berries as the season progresses. Thanks A lot, Niblet

This cake is delicious, especially served warm with cream. It will certainly become a regular in our house.
