Very good recipe and very filling. I didn't have cream of potato, so I used 1 cream of celery and 1 cream of mushroom and added 1tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper I also topped the dish with french fried onions before baking for a little crunch and baked it for 1 hour and 10 min at 350.

Made for Christmas Brunch (to go with Quiche). Easiest potatoes I've ever prepared! Although great potato/cheese flavor, I still felt like it needed a slight more of something. I stuck to the recipe but used 1/8 c green pepper and 1/8 c red pepper for Christmas colors. Next time I'll add minimum of 1/2 c each of gren pepper and onion, to create the kick I'm looking for. Will also add about 10- 15 more minutes, if baking with other items in the oven at the same time. Will make again. Christmas crowd loved this dish!!!

Ate this tonight, it was delicious! I may make it with frozen hashbrowns now instead of the tater tots, just to cut down a bit on greasiness. Otherwise, a perfect side dish!

I had to modify the recipe a bit because I didn't have everything the recipe called for but it was still delicious. My husband asked for it to be a staple!!! I used half a bag of tots, only 1 can of cream of MUSHROOM, and no green pepper. It was DELICIOUS and I WILL make it again and again. Yummmmmm.

Did not really care for this...I think it was just way too rich for my taste. My son who loves cheesy potatoes wouldn't even eat it...but my husband will eat anything and he ate all the leftovers!

wow these were a hit. I only had one can of potato soup so used 1 cream of mushroom. The second time I made it I used a can of each too and didn't add the eggs. Excellent this way too.
