This was a fun recipe... my 3 yr. old son loves it. Only, he's using ranch dressing! It's exactly what I was craving (pregnant).
This recipe was EASY. Detailed, perhaps, but it only took me an hour from grating the cheese to taking it out of the oven.
Having made other pinwheel recipes, I did the following differently: first, I did my assembly on a flour dusted plastic cutting mat. I used a bit of water on my fingertip to seal perforation on the rectangles and the closing "lip" of the rolls. I used a sharp, non-serrated knife with a thin blade that I wiped clean after EVERY cut. And, I used cooking spray.
I will make this again. Thank you for a good recipe.
