My kids absolutely loved this recipe and they don't like much so I had to give this five stars!! I thought it was delicious as well but, I added mozzarella cheese on top.

I feel bad for not giving this 5* but it wasn't any different then the other pizza pasta recipes I've tried. I added pepperoni, mushrooms and dieced tomatoes both followed the directions otherwise. I did use wacky mac to make it even more kid friendly. I will be keeping this but will make changes. Thanks for the recipe.

I'm not much of a sausage person but this was a wonderful dish. I had to double the recipe and I didn't have another can of tomato sauce so I just used red pepper soup as an alternative. It was wonderful!

I made this for lunch for me and my 8 yr old daughter. Very easy, yummy and kid friendly. I used turkey sausage, 8oz of pizza sauce and added a little bit of mozzerella...again yummy! Thanks!

This was a very tasty recipe and easy to make. I was looking for a meal that used the bulk pork sausage and that my kids would eat. My daughter who never eats anything with sausage loved it, she had 2 helpings. Good flavor, I did add some garlic and italian seasoning to it.

Quick, easy, smelled great coming out of the oven... I upped the onion content a bit (since we love onions) and used ground pork since we didn't have sausage.
