I thought this was a good easy recipe. I let the bread rise for an hour, that was the only change I made. If you find the flavor lacking, all you have to do is add some of your favorite seasonings to it. I think I might do that next time, but either way this is a good basic pizza dough recipe.

very delicious! I also added 1tsp. parsley, 1tsp garlic powder, 1tsp. complete seasoning. The only other thing I would change would be to bake the crust for 10minutes, then add all the toppings and sauce etc, and bake it again. We found that the crust was a little soggy, and when we heated it up the second time in our toaster oven, it was just perfect - slightly crispy crust, but soft inside still! sooo good!

Usually when I make any type of bread, it never turns out quite right, but this pizza dough came out perfect

I've made many of pizza dough at culinary school and this recipe works just as well as those. If you find yourself with a sticky dough just add a little more flour until it is workable. Don't use less water. It needs all of the yeast. It was quick and easy.

Iv used many recipes and made so much food, and normally they never come out perfect but this was just awesome. I put a little bit of sugar in the yeast water let it sit for about 10 mins, while I mixed the other ingredients, and slowly poured in the yeast mixture. I added some Italian seasonings, and let it sit for about 45 mins. Usually an hour to over night is best with any bread dough, but 45 mins was perfect. Punch it down and roll it out! Good tip: lightly cover your pizza pan with evoo. ( extra virgin olive oil) then sprinkle with cornmeal, only a little but all over pan..Then put your dough on top of pan when ready to make. Add sauce cheese and toppings, and cook for 20-25 mins. I melted a little butter and mixed some garlic powder, brush it on crust when you take the pizza out.. Mmmmmm so good! Best dough ever!!

My family loved this recipe! Of course I tried to make it a bit healthier, and substituted 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour in the mix. Even still, the dough was a bit soft & needed about 1/4 cup more flour. We tried it with a cream of mushroom sauce, roma tomatoes, chicken, & feta cheese. But the next time we try it out, we're planning on trying it with a traditional red sauce & pepperoni. Should taste great!

Very soft pizza crust - more like a roll than bread. Tripled the recipe for 2 large baking sheets of pizza. Worked in about 1/4 cup flour per recipe before shaping. Cooked at 400F. The edge portions were fantastic but towards the center it lacked the strength to hold the piece. Will make again but will try adding a tad more flour.

Very good and easy to make. Will make again, although I am still on the hunt for a 5-star crust. Everyone liked this one. :)
