It was quick, for sure, and it got the job done. But it wasn't very good. I might make it again in a pinch, but I'll definitely 1) double the salt and sugar (it's really bland), and 2) pre-bake the crust for at least a good 10 minutes, as the middle stayed very soft while the edges got nice and crispy. And since the crust is missing the traditional chewy feel, you definitely want to get it crispy, or it's pretty off-putting.
