This is a great tasting easy to make dough. I used cormeal when rolling it out to avoid that flour taste and it was just fantastic. Very easy to make and it makes a authentic tasting pizza.

Excellent pizza dough. I used it to make garlic knots and it was great. Not the best in the world (I am from NJ) but it really was great.

The ratio of ingredients in this dough made a watery mixture. I had to add about half a cup of flour to it.

Loved it!! Sooo easy!! Thick, chewy & tender crust. I used my kitchenaid w/ the dough hook & mixed it for 6 min. Added 1/2 c. more flour while it was mixing. **THE TRICK** to fully cooked dough is to preheat your stone in a 400* oven for 20-30 min. A hot stone will cook it from both sides. Roll the dough lightly w/ a pin & finish stretching by tossing & shaping w/ the back of your hands. Assemble the pizza on a flat sheet or pizza peel dusted heavily with cornmeal. Don't use too much flour for dusting or you will taste it later. Use a spatula to loosen & carefully transfer it to the hot stone greased with olive oil & cornmeal. I like fresh made ranch w/chopped garlic for sauce, topped with grilled chicken tossed in bbq sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, red onion, cooked bacon, mozzarella, parmesan, & a little italian seasoning. Better than the pizzaria!! Thanks! :o)

Loved this dough ! I did let it rise a little (maybe a half hour), I used the dough hook for my mixer, so it really wasn't sticky, I did use a little flour for the counter for kneading and rolling it out. It wasn't soggy at all, I par baked it for ten minutes then topped with cheese and baked it for 10 minutes more. The kids gobbled it up ! this is one for my recipe box !

Love it! After reading the reviews I toss in an extra hand full of flour, and a few herbs. We split the dough and barbeque it. All of my kids go crazy for this recipe.

Decent pizza dough. I've not tried a ton of recipes, but it was easy enough to make and work with. Still, whether the cook or the recipe was at fault, it was not the best I've ever had. Thus the 4 stars.

Awesome crust!!! I will definitely make it again. I made it into calzones and brushed it with garlic melted butter. I will use to make pizza from now on.

Certainly the easiest pizza dough I've yet to use (though I still prefer focaccia crusts--so sue me!). I did add about a 1/2c more flour (whole wheat this time) to the recipe's stated 2c. I also added some herbs and such (namely, a tablespoon of Italian seasoning and a teaspoon of garlic powder.) It smelled divine, and tasted great :-) Thanks!

This pizza dough came out crisp, thin and delicious! I had to use a little more flour than the recipe asked for but came out a treat. This ones going into my recipe book, thanks Phyllis!

I used white flour (about 2 1/4 cups) instead of Bread Flour because Bread Flour tends to be tougher. The recipe was excellent - the best I've ever tasted and my husband loved it.

Tried this recipe for my husband tonight and it was not a great hit with either of us. The crust didn't brown much and it was very floury tasting. Will try again and hopefully it will turn out better next time
