This was very good and very easy...a little too thick for us, but worked in a pinch.

From flour to pizza in under an hour? And it didn't taste like cardboard. Fantastic. I made it exactly as recipe stated. Will be a staple when I'm in a hurry and family wants pizza.

I had to bake it longer then the recommended time and it was still doughy. When I let the dough sit out so the yeast could rise, then it baked nicely.

I LOVE the simplicity of this recipe. I can whip it up and make a quick dinner or special lunch for my toddler and husband when short on time. It's great just as it is.

I made this exactly as written except added some garlic powder and oregano to dough. Mixed it all together with my hands and spread it out, put the sauce and other ingredients on top, and baked. Worked perfectly just as written. Very easy to make and with ingredients always have on hand anyway. Gets 5 star for ease in making but only 4 star for taste. Was good tasting just not quite 5 star.

This was super easy to make. The next time we make this, we will be using bread flower rather than all purpose flour. I feel it would be better because of the higher glucose content. We did add italian seasoning to the dough and let it sit on the counter for the yeast to rise for about 20 min.

This was an amazing pizza dough recipe and so simple! My kids loved it. I made the dough and let it sit for a little bit like another review said. Then as it was sitting we made bread sticks out of more dough, we added Italian seasoning from McCormick. They were the best bread sticks we have had and the pizza was delicious! I did use Olive Oil instead but everything else was the same.

Made this last night for friends that came over. They loved it and talked me into making another pie! For never having made pizza dough before it came out quick, easy, and best of all great tasting! I did add the extra spices that others mentioned. Between pizzas and bread, I guess it's time for a baking stone!!

A quick and easy pizza dough recipe that makes a nice thick dough. I did proof the yeast only because I can't imagine not doing so. I also added italian seasoning, onion powder and garlic powder. This will become a staple.

I have been making my own pizza for a while, with my own sauce, I tried this recipe for the dough and it was pretty good. But off hand from my own pizza making experiance, there is something that needs to be done that is not said in the recipe. First is that after you combine the ingredients the dough needs to be kneaded for a minute or two, this is very important as it activated the glutten in the dough. The dough needs to rise, it is very heavy if you do not and kneading is important to the texture of the dough. Also I have always drizzled a little olive oil (not much!) after I put my sauce on this prevents the dough from drying out. Overall the recipe is pretty good.

this is the perfect pizza dough and it doesnt require the dough to rise. The only thing i did differently, is i use cornmeal to roll out the dough so its a little crunchier.

Love this pizza crust! I had such a hard time finding premade pizza dough and wanted to save money. I found this one and it was so easy! I had never made my own crust before and it turned out perfectly! My family loved it and I will probably never buy pre-made dough again!

Great....for a fast pizza dough recipe. I used 1 cup whole wheat and 2 cups all purpose flour. This made enough for 2 large THIN crust pizzas. I plan to cut the recipe in half next time.

Definitely fast and easy, resembled flatbread, maybe I will make it again but cook the dough a little first and then add the sauce, cheese and toppings and cook some more

EXCELLENT!! TO BEGINNERS - SUUUPER EASY! Loved it! Crispy. Tasty. Next time i'll try with some Italian herbs added to see how i like it but it doesn't need it. It's wonderful! This was the first time i made a pizza crust from scratch. I have to work on my technique and i have a great recipe to work with. Thanks!
