This was AMAZING and amazingly EASY!!! My family, including my 4 kids (2-7) absolutely loved the pizza and the dough. I did add Italian seasoning and garlic to the dry ingredients. Thank you THANK you for this wonderful and easy recipe. With 4 kids, we hardly have time to cook, much less cook far enough in advanced to let pizza dough rise, and we can't usually afford enough pizza for all of us (that tastes any good at least). We will be making this for just about every pizza night (unless we HAVE to get carry-out). Definitely 5 stars for anyone wanting something super fast and super super easy.

This is an excellent pizza crust. I have made it exactly as the recipe states and I have also made it letting the yeast dissolve in the water for 10 min. and then letting the dough rise for 30. It is excellent both ways. The original recipe gives you a great crust quickly. If you do happen to have the time though, I do recommend letting it rise for just a little while, even if it's just while you get the rest of your ingredients together. In my opinion, it does make it better. I also like to sprinkle a little cornmeal on my greased pan before patting the crust down. I'm sure it's not necessary but I think it helps keeps it from sticking. It comes up perfectly every time.

This worked out great! The kids got to top them themselves with whatever they wanted. We also used the dough to make calzones. I will definately be using this recipe again! Thanks!

One of my son’s favorite things I make. I agree with others that you need to add basil, garlic powder and oregano to the dough and use olive oil. I tried using an “Italian Seasoning” once instead of the spices separately; the seasoning mix had rosemary which overpowered everything. It is really easy to make and I use the KitchenAid with the dough attachment to mix it all together. Let rise for at least 30 minutes and you have a wonderful crust! We like to add bacon bits to our pizza, I have found that you should put them on right after the sauce then the cheese…incredible flavor!

If you are wondering what this is like, it tastes like one of the pizza dough mixes in the pouch at the store. The difference is that when you mix the pouch mixes they are normally really sticky, but this is not. Be sure to put some olive oil down on the pan before spreading out so it doesn't stick. No more pouch mixes for us, this is super duper easy and every bit as good.

It was decent but really not what we were hoping for. It tasted pretty homemade and not in a good way. For now I will keep looking for a better dough for pizza Friday's.

This is my go-to pizza dough. I think it tastes better than other recipes that call for hourlong rising. I only gave it 4 stars, though, because I alter the recipe. I usually half the recipe, as it makes two 12" pizzas. I mix the yeast, warm water and sugar and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Then I add in the rest of the ingredients. Once the dough comes together, I let it rest for about 10 minutes in an oiled bowl. Cooked on a pizza stone, each pie takes about 30 minutes -- crust comes out perfectly thin and crispy!

Super yummy and easy. I let it sit for an hour to rise and made it on my pizza stone and it came out awesome.

VERY EASY and DELICIOUS! I just added some italian seasonings and it was perfect. The crust wasn't too thick or too thin - just perfect. I cooked it for a little longer than 25 minutes - probably 35 mintues. The crust was soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside - perfect!

Tasteless and WAY too dense. I even added some brushed on melted butter, herbs to the dough as it was being mized, and it still came out extremely bland. Plus, as was mentioned in most of the negative comments, the texture of it is just way off. I won't be making this again.

We really like this recipe but we let the dough rest for about an hour and the pizza was ALOT better! We also add oregano, basil & rosemary to the dough & it adds a subtle but good flavor to the pizza. This recipe is good for bread sticks too!!

I love this pizza dough. I would suggest that people mix the yeast and water for a few minutes before the other ingredients. I have just mixed it all in a couple of times and found that the yeast takes much longer to dissolve that way. I also change this up sometimes and add up to 1/2 whole wheat flour...with great success. This recipe is YUMMY!

Very easy and delicious. The crust is just slighty chewy so if you want it to be crisper try cooking the pizza on a ceramic pizza stone. The only thing I do differently is I double the sugar and let it rise for about an hour and a half.

Fantastic recipe!! I make the dough before I start prepping the pizza toppings. By the time everything is ready to go the dough has rised just a little. Turns out perfect every time! Wonderful wonderful wonderful and so simple.
