Quick and easy. I prefer thicker dough, but it tasted great. It had a cracker type crust for me. I rolled it with a rolling pin after I banged it into shape. I also cooked it on 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. I'm sure this affected the texture. (Crispy) I am giving 5 stars due to the fact that I didn't have to go to the store, (Had everything I needed.) and taste. Now i can make pizza any time. Awesome!

This was great! I love it. I like a thick crust so I used the water, sugar and yeast and proofed it before following the rest of the directions. Once again very good thank you very much! ^_^

This is verhy simple to make. The dough was a bit too thick for us. I added the salt and yeast to warm water before adding to the dry ingredients. I kneaded for 1/2 hour and let it rise for one hour before rolling. I would make it again.

Brilliant and easy... Though I did wait for the dough to rise and it turned out great... Best pizza dough/base ever!

I added some garlic powder and used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, but otherwise followed the directions exactly. I agree with those who say you have to roll this pretty thin or you get a very bread-like crust. Good, quick, easy. Will make again.

Awesome. I used half whole wheat flour and I did let it rise a bit (15 or 20 min). Made thin crust pizza with it. Delicious!!! New favourite crust.

I loved this recipe! As a parent, I'm always looking for ways to sneak healthy ingredients into whatever I'm cooking so I did everything exactly the same, but added 3 Tbsp of flax seed. (I do it with just about anything 'doughy') My family LOVED this recipe (plus my secret ingredient) and we will definitely be using this over and over. So easy and economical!

We gave this a whirl when we wanted pizza last minute, but didn't want to spend the $30 on it. I had all the ingredients already, so we tried this and it was fantastic! I did follow some of the 'additions' (garlic, a bit of italian seasoning), and swapped the veggie oil with canola oil. I also gave it some time to rise while the rest of what we were going to put on the pizza was being prepared. We're making it again tonight! It was fantastic the first time and I'm really excited about tonight's dinner too!

I love the quickness of the recipe - just mix everything and throw on the toppings, and then into the oven it all goes! I did proof the yeast first, just because I was taught to do that with any yeast dough. But that only added 5 mins into the entire recipe.

Though I did not follow this recipe exactly (therefore it is not actually This recipe). I did use all the ingredients, but I let the yeast set in the water until it started to bubble (about 10 or so minutes). Mixed the wet ingredients. Mixed herbs into the flour. Then poured wet into dry. I kneaded it. Then transferred into an olive oiled boil, covered, let rise for about 30 minutes. Baked for about 5 minutes on its own, then put the toppings on. It really was an incredible crust !

Wow, this is a fabulous recipe. I made two pizzas out of it, a cheese pizza and a dessert pizza (just mix in about 1/2 -1 cup of sugar, and cinnomon to taste, spread 2 cans of store bought frosting, top with whatever cookie or candy you want, and voila, dessert pizza!). Everyone loved it! =) Best ever pizza dough!

I love this dough. It makes for a perfectly crisp pizza crust and it's so simple! I made it according to the recipe but did end up letting it rise in a greased bowl covered with plastic wrap for about an hour, as I wasn't ready to roll out the dough after I completed the recipe. I would have been good either way! Makes a perfect 1/2 sheet of pizza after the hour long rise. Delicious!

Very good. Easy to make and to work with. Took another suggestion and proofed the yeast mixture first, 15 min. Rubbed the dough with olive oil and let rise for 15 min. Cut dough in half for 2 crusts. Then stretched out with hands. Olive oil helped alot. I also added some honey, just a few drizzles, after I mixed the yeast and flour together. Seemed to be more workable. i agree with others.....no need to order out! Yum Yum...

Fabulous! I made it exactly as the recipe states then made it several times with variations like proofing, rising time, etc. All are good but the original recipe is perfect as is. this will be my #1 pizza dough recipe from now on.
