I'm giving it 5 stars because my husband raved about it! I changed it marginally just because we like leftovers. I doubled the amount of noodles, cheese. and ground beef and didn't use the green pepper. I didn't double the sauce and I thought it was plenty saucy. I did add a little black pepper. All in all it was a pretty good versatile recipe that you can tweak to your own taste quite easily.

This was a great recipe! I used penne in place of the egg noodles (personal preference) and added in sauteed mushrooms as well. I also used turkey pepperoni - what a great substitute with much less fat. Overall a delicious casserole, thanks for sharing the recipe!

I wouldn't say this tasted like pizza exactly, but it was very good. I used 1/2 lb. of sweet italian turkey sausage in place of the ground beef. Next time, I will add more cheese (probably a layer in the middle) and a can of sliced mushrooms.

This is great for picky eaters. I added turkey sausage to the chop meat and left out the pepperoni. Thank you for this recipe.

I used rigatoni and ground venison instead of egg noodles & beef. Turned out great! I added sliced black olives and a little more sauce & green pepper than called for. Will be making again! Great thing about it is you can add anything you want. Next time: sliced mushrooms & green olives.

Great Dish! I swapped the ground beef for shredded chicken, as I already had that thawed when I came across this recipe. I made my own sauce, and added basil & oregano. I diced the pepperoni before adding to the mix. Next time I plan to make with a ground beef/sausage mixture. My kids gave this 5 stars! Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful. I did not have actual pizza sauce so I used Prego. I would recommend for anyone looking for a easy, delicious meal.

Easy to assemble and tasted good! I used macaroni noodles (didn't have egg noodles), pre-sliced pepperoni and marinara sauce instead of pizza sauce. My husband liked it and that's always important! :)

I used this recipe last night and it was amazing. Everyone from 2 to 70 thought it was absolutely delicious. I am usually a pinch of this, dash of that type person when I actually do cook but for the most part I followed this recipe exactly adding only a little extra sauce and cheese to use what I had leftover. I would highly recommend this recipe and will be using it again. Thank you.

Pretty darn good stuff! I did make some changes to what I had at home. I used macaroni rather than egg noodles and boiled them first, sausage rather than ground beef, no bell pepper and cheddar cheese. I also added parmisan cheese to the mix. Turned out great! Next time I want to make it more like a supreame pizza and add extra sauce.

The thing I love about recipes like this is that you can add anything you want to it! I skipped the meat and added some squash, whole tomatoes, extra peppers and onions and some extra cheese. It was so easy and very good. thank you!

Simple to make but tasty, tasty! I made the Easy Pizza Sauce III for this recipe. Good! I also added 1 can of olives, sliced (yeah, we LOVE olives!) and a can of mushrooms. I have to have mushrooms on my pizza! I also liked this because it reheats so nicely in the microwave. This will surely be made again. Thanks!
