Sweet and wonderful. Crushed pineapple and whipped topping are folded into pistachio pudding mix. The bowl is popped into the refrigerator to set and chill. Serves twelve.

Pineapple, Spanish peanuts and lots of chopped apples are folded into whipped topping and a nice, thick cooked pineapple juice dressing. Chill for an hour and serve to twelve for dessert. 

Autumn Apple Salad

This sparkling salad is creamy and slightly tart. Nuts and celery add texture. Not only do adults love it, so do the kids! Cut the finished salad into squares and serve on crisp leaves of lettuce. Adjust the amount of nuts, if desired.
