I've never left a review before, but I had to say...this is WONDERFUL!!! I did add an extra box of pudding mix. You solved my problem of what to bake for my neighbors. Now you have me wondering about other cake mix/pudding combos! Hmmmm... Thanks for this recipe Joanne!!!

Very nice.....my tin loaf pans werea bit bigger so I was only able to get 3 loaves. Perfect as Easter-y gifts for my family. Smelled amazing while baking and loved the green color. My father loved it! Thanks!

Perfect for St. Patrick's Day! I followed the recipe exactly, except substituted some light ingredients where possible. I used Sugar Free pudding, light sour cream, and Splenda Brown sugar blend in the topping. Delicious and pretty! The batter was very thick, but the cakes were very moist.

These were so easy and very good. Great to give as gifts since they are mini loaves. I ended up using four 8 x 2 x 3 inch instead of 5 smaller ones because I used disposable pans to give away and that is what the grocery store had. It is very moist and the texture is cake light but it is not too sweet. Thanks for the great recipe!

As per other recommendations, I added another pudding mix and used pistachio nuts instead of pecans. My added tip: press topping into batter (a lot of the nuts fell off the top when I took the cake out of the loaf pans. Also, the batter is VERY thick, but the finished product is still light. My company all liked it very much.

Great recipe! My loaves came out delicious! I also added an extra pkg. of pistachio pudding. I gave the loaves as gifts and served a couple after xmas dinner. Everyone loved them! Thanks for sharing!

Gave these little loaves as Christmas gifts and everyone loved it. I too added more pudding mix. They looked so pretty sitting on the counter in those little loaf pans that everyone had on sale this year. Thanks for the recipe Joanne!

baked for st patty's day supper club. mhy club went wild for it. i also used and extra pudding. i used sugar free pudding and light yellow caked batter to go easy on the calories. everyone asked for the recipe
