mmmm! just like I remember. :) I didn't have sugar free pistachio pudding, so I used regular and it worked out fine. I also like marshmallows & coconut in mine, but didn't add them because hubby prefers it w/o. ;)

Our family loves this recipe. We do change it up a bit depending on our mood by adding nuts or marshmallows or even a handful of flaked coconut. Yum!

Gail I know what you mean, it's my mother-in-law that is diabetic and a grandson with a nut allergy. So I use the suger free white chocolate Jell-o brand instant pudding, 1 tsp. strawberry extract,1c. diced fresh strawberries,3 or 4 drops red food color, fresh grapes and suger free whipped topping, the no suger pineapple and call it Strawberry Fluff.

Yum! I am pregnant and this was extremely satisfying. I did not use sugar free pudding and i also used all 3.5 ounces of it instead of 1 like the recipe calls for.

Pretty good. It did not taste at all like it was made with sugar-free jello and reduced fat whipped topping. Next time I will add some chopped nuts.

In addition to the mini marshmallows, I added a 1/2 cup of chopped pecans for a little crunch. Everyone loved it.

I was searching for a fluffy, yummy recipe, and this is the one. I wanted to double it for a large group, but only had one pistachio pudding box, so I added a vanilla pudding mix, too. I had no fruit cocktail,so I cut up canned pears and peaches from the pantry. I only had chunky pineapple, so I used the food processor and came up with some lovely crushed pineapple. I wanted a more fluffy appearance, so I added a 12oz cool whip, and it turned out great! I will definitely keep this recipe. You can adapt it into anything.

This is always a hit. I usually add in 2 cups of mini marshmallows, sliced bananas and I use a full 12 oz tub of Cool Whip to make this nice and fluffy. Great as a side dish or dessert.

Very good old fashioned recipe. If you can open a box or can - you can make this recipe in a snap! My kids loved this recipe. I even went a step further and used sugar free whipped topping and used the whole 8 oz. carton.
