Seasoned with cinnamon, this spicy brittle is a great gift or family snack to munch while watching Christmas movies. Best of all, it goes together quick as a wink in the microwave.

A touch of hot pepper sauce gives a unique zip to this crunchy confection from Janie Sanders of Vicksburg, Mississippi. 'We call it blistering brittle,' she says. The mixture reaches hard-crack stage in the microwave, so you don't even need a candy thermometer for this brittle.

A vacation to Hawaii inspired me to create this mouth-watering brittle. Coconuts, macadamia nuts and pecans make my tropical-tasting recipe deliciously different.

A fun twist on the original, this brittle tastes like a cross between hot cinnamon candies and traditional peanut brittle.

I have used this for years and it is very good; much easier than the traditional method and tastes just as good.

Salted peanuts in a sugary, crunch candy. All the cooking is done in the microwave, then just pour it onto a cookie sheet, let it cool, break it off and eat it.
