Absolutely fantastic! I've made this so many times now and I just can't make enough to have leftovers for the next day. It usually ends up as a midnight snack for everyone in my house. Instead of just salt and pepper though I used like 1 tbsp garlic and some seasoning salt and found it added a little more flavor. But aside from that... Didn't change a thing!

I made this for the first time tonight and my whole family LOVED it! Instead of salt and pepper, I used a packet of Lipton's Onion Soup mix and left out the deli meat. As for the baking time, it actually took 1hr, 45 mins instead of the posted 1 hr, 15 mins. Left all other ingredients the same.

Everyone who tries this meatloaf raves about it. My dad ate half the recipe the first time I made it. I use proscuitto instead of deli ham.

I made this for dinner for my family this evening. It's very simple to make and gives you a lot of leftovers. I added to the recipe and split the loaf in half with ingredients and did one half with the ham and the other half with pepperoni. Both halves turned out well and neither were preferred. We served it with a cesar salad, a simple pasta with marinara, and cheese bread. With all that it made for a great couple of meals.
