This is real calzone, because there is no tomato sauce INSIDE of it! We eat it at least once a week. Have a bowl of tomato or spaghetti sauce on the table for people to top their calzone with, if desired.

A friend gave this recipe to me at my wedding shower. I realized then and there that I'd better learn how to cook! My husband loves these hand-held pizzas.--Laronda Warrick, Parker, Kansas

This 12x15-inch pan pizza pie has a top and bottom crust, and a most unusual filling. Diced salami, provolone, pepperoni and cooked pasta is combined with a dozen beaten eggs. Then this hearty filling is piled into the bottom crust, covered with a top crust, and baked.

Use the bread machine to make the herb dough, roll it out and fill it with broccoli or any other vegetable you prefer. Then add ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella and provolone cheeses. Seal it up and bake it for pizza in a pocket.

Delicious, satisfying, and very easy to make. My kids will even eat spinach this way! We serve them with warmed spaghetti sauce to dip them in and a salad. Yum!

'We used to enjoy pizza bagel bites from the freezer section, but found they weren't filling unless we made quite a few,' writes Michel Potter from Caledonia, Michigan. 'Now we use whole bagels to prepare a heartier meal that's ready in a jiffy. It's nice that we can each add our favorite toppings.'
