My friend used to always bring this jello salad to our BBQ's but she always made it with orange jello and didn't add the fruit or nuts. My husband always looked forward to it. I think that I will be making this recipe with orange jello and mandarin oranges. Mmm mmm! I would also leave out the nuts because my husband doesn't like crunchy stuff in his jello...
