Excellent flavor, but ours came out very hard, making it difficult to serve. I'm thinking I didn't drain the pineapple well enough. Next time I'll make sure to drain the can fully, hopefully eliminating some of the ice.

So delicious that it's dangerous! Couldn't stop eating this great stuff. We added coconut for a pina colada flavor.

I made this without the walnuts, wasn't sure I wanted them... Loved the sherbet, so easy and tasty. Next time I WILL try it with nuts. Thanks for the recipe, I will keep this one, for sure!
